He is licensed to sell property and focuses mostly on Farms & Acreage and Residential Building Lots. Phil also actively develops property and much of our inventory is agent owned by Phil.

She is a licensed Sales Consultant and is the Residential Specialist in the office. Michelle focuses mainly on the Wright City, Foristell and Warrenton markets maintaining an index of all the homes currently available on the market. She is also involved with land sales throughout Warren, Lincoln, Montgomery, Callaway and surrounding counties.
Mindy Schoenmaker Marketing/Sales	Office: 800-656-7595 Other: 636-456-5922 Email: mindy@landtoday.com	Mindy joined the Westbound team in November of 2004, bringing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. She is responsible for the design and creation of Westbound marketing materials, advertising, and web design. Mindy works closely with our sellers when they first list their property to create effective marketing for each listing. She is also a licensed Sales Consultant.

Originally brought on as a Sales Consultant, Pam now works part-time handling accounting for the office. Pam is also the contact person regarding any Trustee Information. She is a licensed notary and still has an active Real Estate Broker/Sales License.
