He is licensed to sell property and focuses mostly on Farms & Acreage and Residential Building Lots. Phil also actively develops property and much of our inventory is agent owned by Phil.

Michelle has become the Residential Specialist, handling all of our home sales, however, she also assists with land sales throughout Warren, Lincoln, Montgomery, and surrounding counties. She quickly joined the ranks of the million dollar sales agents with 1.6 million in sales for the remaining half of 2006 and has since remained among the top agents of Warren County. Since her 2006 start, she has handled over 60 transactions with more than 10 million in sales.

She is contracted to handle the marketing for the office. Mindy is responsible for the design and creation of Westbound marketing materials, advertising, and web design.
