Phil has over 20 years of experience in buying, selling and developing real estate. He focuses mostly on Farms & Acreage and Residential Building Lots, but he also represents home buyers and lists houses.

She is contracted to handle the marketing for the office. Mindy is responsible for the design and creation of Westbound marketing materials, advertising, and web design.

She is contracted to assist with processing sale contracts and new listing contracts, working closely with sellers to get their property listing active quickly. Pam also shares the marketing duties with the updating of Westbound marketing materials, advertising, and website.
